The list below is a summary of most updates, additions and fixes since the last update post, this is not an exhaustive list. Features appearing in the post below may not necessarily be in their final state and may change in subsequent updates.
What a busy month this has been, we've seen the release of several new systems including the Territory War System, the Cartel Armories and large improvements which will hopefully make the game more dynamic going ahead. I've also started several small advertising campaigns to try to improve the community player count.

New
Territory War system and War HQ page, allowing Cartels to fight among themselves for control of Territories which can grant serious benefits.
Implemented auto-completion of Jobs every 15 minutes (when not already completed by user).
Added pagination to the Item Market, allowing players to view all Market Offers.
Added 17 new Territory perks
Added Cartel Armory Energy and Life refills using Points.
Added depositing and withdrawing Points from Armory.
Rebalanced Wheel of Fortune, Average win is now very slightly below cost of game (increased)
Drug overdose will now stop further drug usage until the effect expires.
Robbery Jobs now guarantee a minimum of 1 Supply Item when successfull
Added status icon when not working a Job
Hid territory status unless at 'At War' or 'Disabled'
Optimised Productions job
Added Point perks to Territories
Made 'Refill Energy' disabled if current energy is equal to max energy
Territory Map now indicates when other territories are at war.
Fixed attacks during war not adding to war counter
Simplified map javascript significantly
Added map legend
Added indication if defending or attacking to War Report
Updated war timeout to let attacker or defender win depending on who has more reputation
Updated Subscriptions to grant 100 Points on renewal and to create an event to notify the player
Updated Help card on Territory page
Added check for max Territories owned on claims.
Added additional input validation to getCartelProfile
Increased Drug overdose cooldown to 4x regular drug cooldown.
Drug overdose now shows as error message rather than success message in Inventory
Added display of available reputation to Cartels own page and the new War HQ page
Optimised Job Completion code
Seperated using Cartel Armory refills out to it's own permission.
Added further error validation to refill Energy in Armory.
Completed refactoring Job Failure code.
Added text to explain auto-job completion to Help box on Jobs page.
Created/Found new Mateo, Alberto, Diablo, Drug Dealer, Victor and Winston portraits.
Updated each Shops dialogue
Reduced header spacing on mobile

Players may now level up multiple times without having to gain reputation inbetween if they have enough Reputation
Seperated Armory code to seperate Controller.

Rewrote Inventory and Armory Item usage to remove chance of duplication of item usage.
Reduced active private chats from 100 to 15
Added notice to Territory Summary to state "New Perks are awarded at 00:00 NCT after Territory takeover"

war hits now track the individual war against them, meaning members who leave and join the opposition can have seperate scores

Fixed bug where 'Accept Trade' was grayed out when only Dogs were added
Fixed Productions not taking supplies if player doesn't have the full required quantity.
Minor fix for gym training to reduce chance of negative energy

Fixed depositing items to Cartel Armory
Fixed Territories not being claimable if they've never been attacked.
Fixed War Balance showing small sliver of enemy/ally on progress bar when it should disappear
Fixed missing 'await' which caused Attack Records to be empty during high-server load
Fixed random Dog generation, had used getDay rather than getDate, so Dogs would repeat up to 4 times per month originally, they are now entirely unique
Fixed missing space between War Hit and modifier
Subscribers will now correctly receive Points when using a Donator Pack
Fixed Cartel creation bug
War now correctly finish if target is 'leading' by the Rep Target.
War Reports now show all attacks correctly, and should account for members leaving or even transferring Cartels during wars.
