The goal of this cartel is to provide a place for players to progress in at a comfortable pace, with support and resources available at will. 

All class of players are welcome here- Competitive or casual,  oldhead or noob.

A little history on the namesake of the cartel: 'Ex Nihilo Factum Est' is a rough Latin translation of 'Out of Nothing it is Made," which has 3 meanings for me. 1. It inspires romance(roman/latin) themes and language, which I love; 2. It inspires a Nihilistic vibes, which I also love; 3. It signifies a secondary goal of mine, which is to build a cartel/faction from the ground up myself.

A little history on myself: Ya boy was formerly the first billionaire in CE, competing with the like of K9er and Jari for 1/2/3 spots on the leaderboard. I came to CE following a friend of mine from Torn, which I've played for about 6.5 years now. I have a busy RL with arduous work.  I'm always open to questions or general chats, though I may be more available on discord.
