Q did the harvest rates for jobs change recently?

last two days Ive gotten a lot less Agave that I have been harvesting.
Normaly I get 2-6 but lately ive gotten a lot of 1's and 2's 
so Q id Diablo is this my bad luck or your doing?

I have averaged 3.2 on my last 10 jobs with no edu or prestige.
