I'm currently working on medical in school, raising farm prestiges for quick and easy rep almost at level 3 time reduction + the fertalizer for selling, splitting my E between training and attacking, just hit 20k rep! Once I max out farm robberies I'm moving onto the Coca paste grind from there undecided haha.
