Is this the benefit of owning 24 doctor's offices and taking the education classes that give you the money you expected/Meant? It seems light. Is there any chance you can add a zero or two?

Well it's still an extra million in cash per month, and it's not like every university course is supposed to give you a major advantage. The final medical course still does nothing (other than give 25 int), the first business course gives only 5 int, etc.
