I got 3 separate groups with mostly even gear and stats and 1 team built with high moral and combat and the other caution and speed.

 

Gotta start buying from underground weapons now as well which is a huge $$ boost in gearing them up haha. 

 

Any sicario tips and tricks you got to make the expedition % go up?

I sit on a roster of 19 sicarios atm, I don't assign teams and sit them on a team permanently. I actually hand pick each team based on how few sicarios I can to get a 100% success and then move to the next until i have 3 teams at 100% with as few sicarios used as possible, once that is done I  fill the empty slots with whoever else needs experience.

After every expedition I delete the team and start over.

Everyone has to do there part, everyone has to bring something to the table and also you have to be a daily active member to be apart of this 

If a cartel member needs help and you are in a position to then help them we all have to have each others back no one will struggle when there with us :)
