Hey everyone, I've just joined and read through some forums and found a common mistake people have or do make when choosing the first course to take and honestly nearly did it myself if I didn't see there was a forums page! So my question is as a fresh player, what's everyone's recommendations on courses and what the first thing I should be working towards is?

I beleive take all the medical courses first and just grind rep as hard as you can! But definitely the medicine degree first for all the int!

Because it gives alot of intellect which will further multiply your gains in battlestats/intellect and make jobs easier. Someone correct me if I'm wrong... i'm a noob as well :D

Although it's important to note that some non-medical courses also give you a lot of int. If you rank them by int/time, the best order is as follows: MED1000, MED1030, MED1050, BM1000, MED1080, MED1020, then the last 3 MED.

This is kinda what I did as well, with a slight alteration. I personally went MED1000, MED1030, BM1000, MED1050 (currently in progress). I chose this route based on INT gains vs time spent...my reasoning was gaining the 5 INT from BM1000 in 7 days would be more beneficial than 10 INT in 14 days from MED1050, those 7 days of +5 INT job/gym gains seemed like they would be more beneficial than jumping straight into 14 days with out the +5 INT first.
