Welcome swellest-Orc, productions are unlocked one you pass 10k respect. You should be able to achieve it by attacking and doing crimes. You can also steal materials through robberies to create high end boosters such as cocaine and alcohol.
Once reaching 10k you can unlock doctors office and produce med kits. As your respect goes up you will be able to unlock weed farm etc…
All of those requires narcos which you will gain as you progress and all productions are automatically done once a day. All you will need to do is place narcos in certain jobs and do robberies to gain materials for daily production.

Hey Orc, Gota covered it quite well but figured I'd expand on it for anybody else -
Productions are businesses that you can purchase depending on your reputation, once a Production is purchased (E.g a Weed Farm) you may then assign Narco's to it. This will produce a certain amount of cash and items per day which you can use or sell.

I kinda just started but idk what production is and the business knowledge in university will affect it. Is it like Torns player company system or what? I don't really know cause i was wondering what education to spec to.
