First I have to say that this is in a constant work in progress, cause the game is new and unlike Torn we don't have the specific numbers to predict a fight based on stats all of this is pure speculation and guesswork based on what i know and my research using Torn. (Mind u i think its very similar or same cause after analyzing battles and the stats in CE it is in line with Torn)

STATS:
Every stat has its own effect in battle but is are usually seperated into defensive stats and offensive stats.
Def which mitigates dmg and agi which helps u dodge ur enemies are def stats. 
Str which increases dmg and acc which helps u hit ur oppoents are offensive stats.

Ratios:
Just like in Torn ppl have sought ways to become as OP as possible and have found many ways to distribute their stats. However because CE is different with no gym system and items/features that Torn players use like pepper spray to increase/compensate their stats. Ratios are usually done in either percentages like (25/25/25/25) so all stats are equal or in a one to one ratio like (1/0.5/1.5/1) so ur str is 100 then ur def is 50 and agi is 150 and acc is 100.
There are generally 4 types of ratios: 1 stats focus, 2 stat focus, 3 stat focus and balanced. Pretty easy to understand but picking the stats are based on preference. There are many combos so think wisely. There are 2 types of ratios as well called pure or focused, example a pure str/acc build has a ratio like this (1/0/0/1) while a focused has one like this (45/10/10/45) so not a pure. There are pros and cons for both sides. Balanced stats are always the best but it takes way to long. 

Honestly there are too many types for me to say Pros and Cons but here are some builds which i made and found from ppl Torn which applies similarly (might not be exact): (If u want to add ur build then comment on the tread) The ones that I made have the tag (M) while the ones i found on Torn are (T) and the ones that u might make are (U)
-Also I have changed some of them so they may fit to CE so don't attack me if i changed it, also all these builds are just examples u can do whatever u want and make alterations like me.

-Speed Ratio- (M)

[Pure Agi] (0/0/100/0)
Pros:
-This just a pure Agi and u might be wondering why not are the other pures not here cause Agi is the best one
-This is a OP build if u don't want to lose cause ur speed is so much that they could have a 0% hit chance on u and because the combat system is based on turns u will experience only draws
-U will have a crazy high stat per e cause training is exponential so low chance u will be caught lacking
-While fighting when ur enemy has to spend on more than 1 stat u will always have more per e so good at dodging
Cons:
-If u get hit u lose and u will never win attacks cause low acc and low str
-If the game adds combat items which reduce speed then o7
-Pure Acc can hit u and the required Acc to hit u is so much less than the Agi needed to reduce it (tho it can counteracted by the exponential stat per e)
-U need to constantly push Agi cause the moment u don't spend on it u lose cause ur only ability is to dodge and if u can't do that then u wasted ur time

-Hank's Ratio- (T)
[3 stats with def focus] (1.25/1/1/0)
Pros:
-U are a tanky guy with crazy mitigation
-There are consumables like Cannabis which can increase ur def by 30% and the best armour which can give 40% armour
-U waste ur oppoents speed stat as it is worth zero cause it doesn't matter so they have wasted stats
Cons:
-Armour is expensive and cannabis costs money and can OD
-The mitigation only works when ur stat is higher so if their str is higher u only get some mitigation
-This is a long term and rich player build cause u need to be strong and played for time to make it work
-U will always get hit so u need meds constantly

-Baldr's Ratio- (T)
[Balanced but focus on 2 stats which can be changed] (30/20/30/20)
Pros:
-Flexible cause unlike Torn there are no gyms so stat growth is equal so pick any 2 stats as ur focus don't matter
-Very balanced
-Very easy to change into another ratio and if updates happen then less loss than if u focused was larger
Cons:
-Very long time to grow cause stats grow slowly in the begining
-Very annoying to choose what stat to focus or not
-U will lack 2 things but be good at 2 things

Well as u can see there are a bunch of builds and there are more its just ur choice what ratio u want so ask around and comment in the thread cause its a good way to spread and learn info.

TRAINING:
When u train a stat using e u get a bunch of stats obviously but there is formula which idk but can be guessed.
The more stats u have the more stats u get per e this is what is the formula however there is more to this.
Things that affect stats gains:
-Int stat
-Courses when they say increase gym gains
-Cartel Perks when they increase gym gains
-Having more stats on the stat u want to increase (so having more Str does not mean the stats from def increase,i might be wrong on this)
 
Stat gains are exponential so the more stats u have the more u get so some ppl may think its easier to focus on particular stats to increase them. For max training or short bursts idk will need to get more info bou that.
