To make your life easier and smoothen your first days in Cartel Empire, I have put together a little guide to help you get started! All the info written here is more or less taken from the help boxes, but here it is all in one place for your lazy asses!

Energy

The base energy is 100. If you have donator status it changes to 200. But the regeneration is the same, 5 energy every 10 minutes. You consume energy when you attack/mug other Narcos. When you study at the university (not when taking courses though).

Life

Doesn't need an explanation besides that the regeneration is 10% every 10 minutes. You gain 50 hp upon leveling up.

Levels

Leveling up gives you more hp, nothing more. Your progress towards your next level is based on your reputation.

Jobs

This is one of many ways to make money and get reputation in the game. The jobs take a certain amount of time to perform. To improve your success rate, you need to work on your intelligence (higher intelligence equals higher succes rate). 

You also get a certain amount of percentage of job experience when you do the job. This improves your success rate. If you by any chance fail, you don't loose experience. For job experience, you gain individual job experience which increases the success rate of that particular job. You also gain a small amount of hidden global job experience which mildly increases all success chances.

San Andréas University

San Andréas University will provide you with education courses that will help you get more intelligent. By being more intelligent you will train more efficiently in the gym and you will hopefully succeed more with your crimes. If your dumb ass gets arrested/hospitalized while doing a specific job, you simply aren't intelligent enough!

Gym

You have four different stats you can train at the gym. It is quite simple and self explanatory. The total amount of stats is your battle stat which kind of indicates how much of a beast you are compared to others. 

Strength

This stat improves your damage when hitting during attacks.

Defence

This stat reduces the amount of damage when defending during attacks 

Agility

This stat improves your chances of dodging damage during attacks.

Accuracy

This stat improves your chances of hitting with weapons.

San Pedro Prison

Every once in a while you will end up in prison when doing jobs. Remember to be careful with the soap! 

When in jail you can wait out the time or bribe the guards to let you out earlier.

F.A.Q

What should I prioritize in the gym?

Only you have the answer to that question. You can simply go 25% on all stats or just focus on strength till you reach a certain amount and after that get another that to a certain amount. It is entirely up to you!

How do I level up the fastest?

Well since your level is based on reputation, I would personally say, attacking others. But be careful not to die often! And weaker opponents lowers your reputation gain.

What courses should I take at the university?

Depends entirely what your next goal in the game is. You got the medical, combat, business an pet degrees to choose from! It is entirely up to you what you want to focus on. There are no rights or wrongs, well yes there are but you probably get what I mean. In my opinion, focus one degree at the time.

I would like to add one more important thing regarding training. Intelligence impacts the amount of stats gained per Energy used on training. I wouldn’t recommend using any energy on intelligence but, instead focus on the education to gain it. That is only because you are able to gain a good amount compared to decimals. Once passing the 4K threshold on every stats you will begin to break even per energy used.

*Note: the higher your INT is, the greater stats you gain per energy used.*
