Hello! 

Following discussion in global on multis messing with economy, the count of collectibles, etc. I feel that trading should be somewhat limited in the early days. 

One option would be to disable trades, sending (not receiving) items and La Paz market until newbie missions are done. 

Another option would be to limit it to a set amount of reputation, say 4.2k, 6.9k or 10k. 

For everyone that enjoys helping fresh blood, they could still be sent stuff, just not send it themselves, use trade or La Paz market.

This would give enough time for at least some of those being caught.

Set amount rep would be nice. Make them paly the game XD
