Personal Favors are the only item in the game (other than collectibles) that can only be acquired from daily wheel spins. Every other item can be bought from a shop, completing jobs or personal productions. Why not make a new course under the business section that could unlock a new production like a Lawyer's Office. This could produce PFs for players at the cost of completing the course and a certain amount of Narcos as well. No materials needed though, to be kind of the same as the Doctor's Offices. Possibly a second course with longer time to complete to unlock another or just a max of 1 Lawyer Office and be done.

PFs are already so overpriced due to lack of reliable sources to farm them.
I second this or we need any other source of reliable PFs whether it's through better chances in crimes, limited availability in shops, or production.

Personally I think this is a great idea. 

Love this. The more diversification to productions the better for the economy imo. Seeing big price hikes on prod mats because the demand is so high, this suggestion would help reduce the demand and fix the PF supply issue Goosie highlights. +

But after a while you're only really running robberies for daily materials and these don't produce them. 

I've added an item to our roadmap to implement an additional Production that's some form of counterfeiter that could produce something like PF's, Casino Tokens etc. But I've no real details yet so will revisit this further down the line
