Would be nice to have an option to break/bust people out of jail (or at least attempt) by using some energy and upside would be reputation gain, downside you get caught and end up in there with them

*have it work the same as jobs, where the more successful breaks/busts you have, the higher your experience and the more likely you are to succeed. This would replace the bribe method which is already in place, but would be another way for people to gain reputation, and could either charge for a bust or do it for just the rep gains
