A "Reset Perk" function that allows cartels to reset their unlocked perks at a cost.

How It Works:

Cost: 15% of total cartel reputation (capped at 750k rep per reset).

Scaling Cost: Each reset increases the cost by +5% (e.g., 750k → 787.5k → 826.8k, etc.).

Prevents Abuse: Makes resetting perks possible but costly over time.

Why This Is Good for the Game:

Encourages strategic perk choices.

Prevents frequent resets while still allowing flexibility.

Balances power across small and large cartels.

Love this idea. Also gives cartels a chance to switch focus if wanted

Maybe not a 15% that seems a bit much, and maybe instead of total reset you can individually "sell" the perks back for a percentage of what you got them for.

This would be nice, to reset the cartel rep 

But with a cooldown rather than increasing by 5% each time have it cost 50-100k per reset but say can be changed once every 90 days

Reason why I thought 15% would be a good number is because I really dont find it to be that much. Not even for the top 5 cartels since the amount of rep gained increases when you level up / attack higher level users. And also mainly because I'd see this as a high-end luxury thing to do which should be costly and would make cartel leaders think twice before "just buying perks". But I understand where you're going, I just dont agree. 

A +1 to this please. Preferably on a CD (don't mind if it's a very long CD) rather than costing actual rep. It would be nice to able adjust perks to account for mistakes / making a cartel event out of a CE calendar event / swapping to revives for a bit etc.

R+ maybe not 15% of total rep though. But deduction on rep is fine among other costs.
