Id like to start by saying i dont know how to code or how the inner workings of games work therefore i dont really dont know what can be done/fixed but a problem ive noticed. On mobile once someone leaves the hospital you have to swipe up to refresh in order for the attack symbol to light up in order to hit them. By this time good targets are almost always gone as pc players can hover over the button and click and be done before i know what happened. My suggestion is somehow its made the same way completing a job is on mobile. As soon as the times up you should be able to click "attack" without refreshing. 

Edit: ive recently learned this is a problem on PC as well so while it may not be an advantage for certain devices, i still think it should be made the way completing jobs is (instantly).

Just wait for the people who are farming the same targets as you to go afk for 15 minutes and farm them, you'll have a new pool of targets to farm and they can keep hitting the same noobs.

I don't really understand this issue?
I am on PC 90% of the time but even I need to refresh in order to attack someone who comes out of jail/hospital?

So I don't see a difference between PC and mobile?

 I think it's the same thing computer or phone, internet speed plays an important role
