How about adding the making of Meth in your drug lab.

Add the production Meth lab to the sllection
add the job rob a pharmacy to get Acetaminophen to make it with and it adds another itme to job and market and drug den.
effects of meth .. thats tuff I would say it reduces medical cooldown time so you can take more med iems  as a sugestion.
