As the title says, have it so you can pick if you want them to be able to buy your listings or not 

Good idea, should be implemented.

But why not?

The only way this could be a good idea is if enemies can't be removed unless they've been on your list for a month, preventing abuse. Also it's a bad idea as you can block the active muggers of the market.

Disagree. Not because I'm a mugger though but for two reasons:

1. The community is quite small at the moment compared to the likes of Torn where there is alot of supply and alot of demand and like Zux mentioned can open it up for abuse if you can have 50 muggers on your enemy list. Maybe if the community grows and there is alot people people selling items I might change my mind on the subject because you shouldn't be able to 'lock' a player out of an area of the game just because of their play-style.
2. There are so many ways to protect your money at the moment including items that can leave you in hospital and you can ghost trade your cash away. You don't have to be smart to protect your money. Mugging is a core part of the game, it falls on the seller to protect their money because if mugging wasn't a thing then essentially there is no reason to own a vault, no reason to use the bank?

Probably alot of people that don't agree on my reasons since mugging is a touchy subject but there is NO reason why a player can't protect their wealth in the current state of the game. The largest mug that's ever happend to me in the 762 days of playing this game is only roughly 500K (Thanks JarI - To be fair he sent it back after)

I disagree, the point of the list is to have people there you plan to hunt or for the silly stuff they have done some may not know they are on your list and blocking them buying leaves to other effects like mails/bounties/there cartel members adding u to list etc etc it's anonymous who had you on enemies and I prefer that way

Yeah silly stuff like mugging me. I don't see it being a problem, or that it stops them from being able to play apart of the game. I'm not the only one selling stuff on the item market.
