It's a nice idea but would prefer if it was guns that could only be obtained by chance that are currently not in game, this way it would make the Job worth doing and the production of the factory worth while along with it brings some exclusive stuff to the market that can only be obtained this way given a reason to grind

Nice idea; maybe link the Armament to property; get some new materials in there; And make the building of these weapons cost significant, I think the game would benefit with something to dump high quantities of money; for a little bit of exclusive luxury weaponry. Tie in weapon quality as well.
Just something that makes it a bit of a punch in the gut, financially. Something a bit hard to obtain. I don't think it should necessarily be another 'job' with weapons piling up in your inventory. I mean expeditions and such already do this, and it's fine and all.
But if it costs between 50 and couple 100 million to produce a weapon, and you wouldn't necessarily guarantee a good one, could make end content 'better'. just my opinion. Something to strive for, even if it was a bit of a grind.

I was thinking about this but like the same as what Jack mentioned above the idea of unique weapons you could get from having the Production would maybe make it lucrative to have? Still lots to be polished out though.

that is a really noice idea, we really need a new jobs and production.
agree with jack tho, some unique guns that can't obtain elsewhere would be noice, and make this job worth to do. also more melee weapons could add in similar ways? I wanna my own keyboard as weapon :p

LOL I completely agree but I do have a small feeling this is also to get a bazooka in game :P
We need a new job/production to also increase the reputation 'endgame'.
Buying Losses! 2 nails = 1 loss.
New Job/Production idea:

Gunsmith Robbery
The theft and smuggling of gun parts in Bolivia have opened the door for underground armament manufacturing, where criminal groups and illicit workshops assemble firearms for resale. With access to essential components, these operations can turn stolen or trafficked parts into fully functional weapons, supplying individuals and Cartels willing to pay high prices.
The profitability of this black-market industry continues to grow, as demand for weapons remains strong, making it a lucrative but dangerous business that fuels further violence and instability in La Paz.
Armament Manufacturers
Armament Manufacturers is unlocked at 560,000 Reputation.
The first Armament Manufacturers costs £42,000,000.
Currently, the cap is set to 2 Armament Manufacturers.
Up to 245 narcos may be assigned per owned Production.
Weapons & Rockets are produced daily. Cash is also produced daily.
Potential Example Outcomes:
Your narcos have been hard at work in the Armament Manufacturers and have generated £3,449,383 profit.
Your narcos have been hard at work in the Armament Manufacturers and have generated £2,849,383 profit x1 Desert Eagle.
Your narcos have been hard at work in the Armament Manufacturers and have generated £2,852,861 profit x1 M6A3 Rocket.
Your narcos have been hard at work in the Armament Manufacturers and have generated £1,947,205 profit x1 FN-SCAR H.
Your narcos have suffered an explosion at the Armament Manufacturers. 6 Nacro's were killed and no profit was made. (NEW CRITICAL FAILURE)
The chance to get higher priced weapons such as Desert Eagle & SCAR-H can be a low chance 5% maybe? Balancing can be thought of later. Maybe add the potential to get new weapons that can't be bought through shops ONLY manufactured and still RARE.
Your narcos have been hard at work in the Armament Manufacturers and have generated £1,947,205 profit x1 IMI Micro Uzi. New secondary gun?
What is the new M6A3 Rocket for? See below! (GIVE US THE BAZOOKA DIABLO)
Only one M6A3 Rocket may be used per fight. The bazooka is notoriously inaccurate in combat, but if you manage to land a shot, the consequences can be devastating.
This is just a rough mockup of an idea. I haven't really focused too much of the figures. Just wondering on what the community needs as far as late game content.
Closing Regards:
add bazooka
