Allow everyone in a cartel to automatically gather "extra" production materials for the cartel. The cartel member would NOT need to do any extra actions. This would be automatic just by joining the cartel. This would pretty much mimic the harsh environment in the real world in gangs and cartels etc.
Example: I gather 5 fertilizer by myself every job. After I join any cartel, I get 5 fertilizer and an EXTRA 1 goes to Cartel Armory. This would happen at the completion of EVERY successful job.
Implementation:
A) Let the member choose 0 - 100% of amount of production contribution to cartel armory and instead replace with an award of extra reputation (which makes sense since he would be liked).
OR
B) Automtucally allow an EXTRA 1 of each matching production items goes to cartel armory after every successful job completion from every member.
OR combine both somehow.
Things this could address: Cartels being too small with giant players. Will incentivize expansion and inclusivity of new players. This would encourage war participation as the stock would usually be rewarded to good individual contributors. It would add more production to the game. Partial or fully solve the production circulation issue happening in market.
Example of participation: @ 1 fert/member/job and fertilizer at 4 jobs ~ /hr with half the cartel ~25 members doing jobs for 8 hours a day continually is about 800 fertilizer per day/cartel. again this is only if everyone chose to do fertilizer only which is not going to be the case. So although it seems like a lot it would even out because majority of the people would be going back and forth between everything.
