I know that sicarios and expeditions are meant to be a money-sink, but just for recycling, trading sicarios to give away to new players or even a way to auction or even give them away would be cool.

if not a trading, a recycling mechanic might be more favourable? just to have a use for old sicarios which feels so meh when just dismissing them, like returning Sicarios to generate favour with Julio for something(like favour points for Julio?) maybe like a better RNG for Sicarios or a chance(extremely low chance) to get an exceptional sicario that is not available the normal pool table of sicarios(10% higher stats for their specific stat maybe? or lower?), doing so would also encourage people to sink more money buying sicarios just to turn over to julio and maybe even be a sink for points for the ones using points to refresh the sicarios daily

Sicarios Arena :P let players send their sicarios to their deaths for a prize maybe? tournament style? not even a prize is important, it can just be a high score on how long the squad of sicarios you send will last... scoreboard?/highscores?

I like the idea but the money sink is there for a reason. All the various items that go into the sicarios as you level up would be essentially worthless and kill off a significant part of the item market and therefore income for the younger player.
