I would like a smoother experience, where I have to refresh less while playing the game, in particular I want:

• Not needing to refresh the gym page to train if you've gained energy while on the gym page.
• Hosp time refreshing on a profile page by themselves if that person has been revived/used medical items.
• Not needing to refresh a profile before attacking if you've gained enough energy or they've come out of the hospital.

I believe these changes would make a big difference in game feel which would make the game more enjoyable to play
