Not sure if this will be a popular one but I'll post it anyway.

Earning a small amount of percentage from failing a job. Even if it's just 0.01%.

You still learn something and gain experience from failing something, you learn how to not do it next time. Some might even argue that in life you gain the most experience from your failures.

Either that or I'm bitter from failing GTA about 15 times in a row XD.

I've been thinking this too and it just makes sense tbh, can't wait for hours for a crime and get absolutely nothing from it

I like the idea.. it would however allow you to gain exp from jobs way out of your intelligence and global experience scope..

I doubt this will be a huge issue, since that will be limited to:

- GTA
- Transport drugs
- Construction Robbery
- Blackmail
- Hacking

All these take atleast an hour to complete. To earn a small percentage of XP or skill percentage would be very very minimal. Last GTA I succesfully did gave me 0,10% skill xp and 65k cash. If this idea would be implented at a high amount of reward when fail, say 5%, that would net me an increase in skill xp of 0,005% and 3.25k cash. The experience is ofcourse really bad and the cash even worse since I can get that in 3-4 intimidations taking 1/3 of the time :P

Hope this makes sense.

I like the idea though :)

Fairly sure the initial job skill matters the most, as jobs can very rapidly decrease in difficulty in the first few %. My intimidation goes all the way from "Very Risky" down to "Safe" (0% fail rate) at just 0.65%, or theoretically even less. Giving XP on failure would allow people to significantly bump up their success rate, without ever even succeeding.
