There has been a couple instances where someone has loaded the sub with to much product, making it hard for others to enjoy the submarines benefits. I suggest the ability to edit/remove cargo already in the sub.

SCREAMING for this. 

Settings for max contribution per member per run

Ability to allow/disallow individual members from contributing to current cargo capacity

Ability to allow/disallow which items can be loaded

Possibility to add a time frame window of when cargo can/cannot be loaded (unsure if this is needed/wanted)

Just some ideas off the top of my head to potentially add, or expand on.
