Have you ever thought to yourself... "Will I win this attack?" Maybe "I hope I don't waste my E!" or maybe you've wondered "What is that players battle stats!?".... Well I have and I may have a suggestion worth players having some thought about if this is something that could be beneficial for:
Independent Player Growth,Scoping Enemies, gaining intel on future rep targets &WAR WAR WAR!
My suggestion is basically spying but called 'Stakeout' , hiring a NPC Sicario to go stakeout a selected targets battle stats. The pricing would have to either be 5m+ or appropriately coordinate with the selected targets level and reputation. (the higher the level and reputation the more expensive, Alot more expensive!)
A)Successfully obtain information on a players full battle stats.
B) Recover a portion of a players battle stats, 20,50,70 & 100% chances of recovering a players full battle stats. Recovering less than 100% grants you the option to try and learn more until you have an exact estimate , cool downs included. ( When a targeted player has trained in the Gym your existing knowledge of a player will decrease, forcing you to learn more if they are a Enemy List Target!).
C) A not so often but devastating occasion where the Sicario paid is caught by the intended target along with their fellow sicarios and is forced to give false Information to the employer in regards to the selected targets battle stats. ( potentially scrambling the existing known information until a success has occurred) Then being forced to hand over the funds used to pay for the hired services resulting in a loss of money rather than paying for a service that was provided efficient and effectively.
My Opinion
I think should be a in-game option for all to use except use on New Playerstatus users. This should also be countered with an extensive cooldown period of roughly 7-14hrs after a single use to try minimize the mis-use or intended malicious intent onto other players. This option to 'Stakeout' would of course save lot of newer players joining and that have the misfortune of not being able to have Donator or Subscribers Status' Energy and ultimately gives all players an insight or an idea if a player is going to beat you before you go wasting energy ( giving new players and existing an opportunity to gather intel on players to maximize Energy use and to waste less trying to find targets that could possible have you beat before you click 'Attack').
