Currently when doing expeditions the preferred region is pretty odd how it currently works.

I have it set on La Paz however I have unlocked Cochabamba. With this setup I get about 70% La Paz 0% Pando 0% Beni and 30% Cochabamba.

I think a descending scale of percentages would be more optimal instead of this current one.

Example: La Paz preferred Region unlocked Cochabamba

La Paz 70%, Pando 15%, Beni 10%, Cochabamba 5%

Example: Beni Preferred Region unlocked Cochabamba

La Paz 5% Pando 12.5% Beni 70% Cochabamba 12.5%

Example: Pando Preferred Region unlocked Beni

La Paz 15% Pando 70% Beni 15%

This can all be modified with the more regions that you unlock.

Example: Cochabamba Preferred Region unlocked Santa Cruz

La Paz 2% Pando 5% Beni 8% Cochabamba 70% Ororu 8% Potosi 5% Santa Cruz 2%

obviously these percentages can be much different as this was just an example but I believe a system like this would benefit expeditions greatly.

Whats the benefit though? 

This is what I noticed:

When I have the highest region unlocked as my preferred one, this will show 80% of the time and 20% of the time it's the 2nd furthest region. I never seen any other regions. I don't mind this, because I've chosen this as my preferred, getting the 2nd best option is also sometimes a good thing. I don't really see why it should be changed? What would be the benefits of the change? Or do you want to see it nerfed?
