Cartel Crimes

A quick and simple idea so Cartel members can engage and work together on a more regular basis than wars.

Leadership has a number of cartel crimes they can choose from. Members of the Cartel can attempt different parts of the crime individually, and each success (based on CE and INT) adds up to the final outcome, which is the basis for success/failure/rewards/rep.

 

Example,

Raid competitions drug lab

 

There could be three new jobs to take part in over a 24 hour period that increase in difficulty so everyone has a chance to participate, such as

 

Stake out drug lab (low level)

Attack lab security (medium level)

Attack lab (higher level)

 

Everyone does as many as possible in the 24 hours period and based on the number of success in each one the crime is either passed or failed.

Rewards go directly to cartel to be saved or distributed as leadership sees fit. The more you do the more crimes you unlock with longer jobs and better rewards.

I had an idea similar in mind, but I also thought it would be cool if the cartel crimes also took your stat distribution into consideration as to which job you would be more proficient doing. It would allow more variety of stats to start to form possibly rather than just meta baldurs/hank builds.
