A special item that allows you to queue one additional job after your next job finishes.

Awarded VERY rarely through both top level expeditions and Advanced crime successes.

Edit - VERY rarely - 1-3% (ties in with critical success education reward?)

I agree but it should be a more random reward so the lower level folks could also use it if found
