I think adding renting option will be good So we can at least generate some money from the properties that we don't need by renting it to real players . 

And please add if possible Auction so we can sell like weapons, armours , dogs and points for higher price ( depending on item quality) . And I think a player Loaning option will be good where players can loan other players money they can decide to give the loan free of interest or with interest . To take the loan player have to mortgage something thats value is equal or little less than loans amount {like properties, guns , armour, drugs , production materials, building materials etc } if the user fails to pay loan the loaner will get the items . And add a option so loaner can extend the time of the loan if needed .

Would definitely be a game changer, letting someone rent out a property gives them an opportunity to get the benefits of higher tier/upgraded properties without paying in full, for the loaner side, it would be a good use for unused property and something Cartel Leadership can invest into, where they can rent out some properties to members for free/cheap to start off like a villa/townhouse while they save up for their own Estate. and if Safe/Vault is an issue, there can be a warning/heads-up that when the rental is over, all their money will be put into their Cash so players would have incentive to be active and also have muggers be more active. 

Item Renting not much.... we already have Cartel Loaning of items to members...

these are some good ideas also selling bulk weapons and gear would be great as well i dont wanna hold these 100 baseball bats but im not spam clicking for 30 mins for no money lol
