Could we have further endpoints added to the cartel API? Just to replicate data provided in cartel page already.

Members endpoint - would reduce calls to find out who is in the cartel

Attacks endpoint

This would obviously need to be locked down. Perhaps a permission in the cartel or the capo creating a cartel specific api key.

I've so far added a new Cartel members API endpoint which allows those with assigned Cartel "API Access" permissions to request basic details about their own members. The rest I'll do shortly

I've also now added the Attacks and Events endpoints
