i was trying to add points to the cartel armory and it wont let me the deposit button is greyed out when i have 300+ points sitting in my account currently

i also tried to withdraw the points that are also sitting in the armory and that button is also greyed out 

but it seems i can use the points that are in there to refill energy and such those buttons are showing that they can be used 

i did ask around and it seems im not the only one that cant access the points in the cartel or indeed add them to the armory

and im the capo of the cartel im in so yes i have access to the armory in general etc
