i had it on both paste and agave. Paste returned to normal after a day. Agave is still broken. 

Pretty sure this is intended, you still have to work you way back up to 100% after the final prestige. In other words, each prestige resets you back down to 0% in exchange for the benefit the prestige confers.

The more Prestige you do, the harder it goes. its correlated with your Intelligence. so better to Grind INT as you progress with Prestiging.  Dont prestige if your INT is not moving. you can stay at level you are good at.

This sounds like it's working as intended. You reset skill to 0% and gain a benefit. If you feel this could be more clear though I'm more than happy to improve the messages around it.
