I don't know if the below is a bug, by design or it's there and i cannot find it. Lets say I have a 30% scar and a 99%scar in my items.  When I go to equip a new sicario and select weapons, it only list 1 scar and no % is shown. How do I know which scar the system will equip? 

It'll choose the one with the lower quality, would be nice if this was represented visually somehow though.

As K9ER said (Thanks K9), it's designed to always take the lowest quality item, otherwise what happened quite often in the past is that users would request refunds of the items due to selecting the highest quality item, which there isn't any good reason to anyway as quality doesn't impact Sicario's in any way.
