Hey Tnargi,
Thank you for the report but I'm not able to reproduce the issue. Is it possible that you have any scripts running which may be impacting it? Otherwise can you list any steps that I can follow to reproduce the issue?
Creator of Cartel Empire, hope you enjoy!

No scripts. It was on the app, and it (or something very similar) occurred on two seperate days.
I've tried for the last 2 days to reproduce it with my 25 item limit, but I can't get it to happen again. I can't recall what order and quantity I purchased in when it happened, but it was while attempting to buy 10 of one type of grenade and 5 of the others. At a certain point (I think the last purchase) entering '5' into the field autocorrected it to 0.3333333333333. iirc, I tried other entries as well, which were also autocorrected.

Maybe you didn't have enough money? I know the decimals show up for me when I don't have enough money, and it shows to the decimal place the max that I can purchase

Can confirm what Joakeen said. I did the same yesterday to go buy some weapons - couldn't figure out why the decimal places when I realised I only had a small amount of cash on me which was causing it. As soon as I got the correct amount of money, I could buy in whole numbers again.
I quite often buy 5-10 of each type of grenade from armed surplus. Recently, several of my inputs have been automatically converted to a decimal, preventing me from buying the full 25 per day.
At this moment, any number I type is converted to 0.3 recurring
