When I try to become a donator the PayPal link takes me to PayPal and the only option available is "cancel and return to cartelempire"

Sorry to hear you're having issues, if you're referring to buying a Donator Pack it redirects you to the PayPal website, so the issue is likely to be on the PayPal end. I would recommend logging into Cartel Empire in a private/incognito tab to avoid any potential caching issues, and then you should also be asked to log in to PayPal. Hopefully that will get around any issues.
