The player status has all permission toggled on, except perks permission.

But able to access and do changes on cartel perks page.

I've been testing this and it doesn't appear to be possible ot update perks unless that specific permission was enabled for the player. On the perks page itself, the buttons are disabled if the player doesn't have the permission, if they re-enable it then there is also a check on the server side that will return an error.

I've just tested that both are working.
