This updates the items that can be donated to the church to include weapons, armor, luxury items, all drugs, enhancement items (configurable in configs). When donating a stack of weapons or armor it removes lowest quality items first.
Also updated it so that the church boost starts 24 hours after funding, with the news ticker giving a message indicating "Boost starting in H hours M minutes. While funded and not active the card indicates scheduled with a countdown to when it will start.
Updating to show top 20 donors on left of page to be symmetrical with recent donations which were already showing the last 20 donations.
