This update adds the following changes to the bounties UI:

• Icons added to list so you can at a glance see who are friends, enemies and cartel mates.
• Filters for:
  • Friends only
  • Enemies only
  • Cartel mates only

And checkboxes for excludes:

• Exclude friends
• Exclude cartel mates

Also adds a filter for only attackable players.
