Advanced search has been given some much needed focus recently, and has been upgraded into a much broader advanced player search for both inactive target discovery and cartel recruitment.
Changes
Switched advanced search to GET URLs so filters are shareable and pagination preserves them.
Added a full filter form on the results page while keeping the nav dropdown shortcut.
Preserved selected filters after each search.
Renamed copy from target-focused language to general player search language.
Clarified activity filters with Inactive For At Least and Active Within.
Added filters for attackable players, unavailable statuses, same-cartel exclusion, bounties, level range/near-me, cartel membership, and status.
Added sorting by inactivity, recent activity, level, account age, and bounty.
Added User ID support, result counts, readable Last Active, and bounty values in results.
Added validation for invalid filter combinations.
Improved query encoding and fixed cartel search pagination.
