Unsure if I'm reading it wrong - but the Drug CD text of 'You're a bit bruised, but what doesn't kill you make you stronger.' seems like a variation text for Hospital time, and not fitting for a Drug CD?

I'm no flavour-text expert, but thought it'll be along the lines of 'You're feeling the effects of the last high, better keep it steady...'

Done. It was an exact copy of the Medical cooldown initially which was an oversight on my part.
