With no update in 2 months and no posted roadmap is the game dead has the game brought in enough people who are paying hoping for it to one day get updated and grow I didn't mind supporting and spending but the game seams to have been let go

Short answer: Yes.

Unfortunately, as diablo are really busy irl, mostly is about his own kid, and how he seeing this game as fan project, this game's development will be really slow. Don't expect CE will grow as u might hope.

But really, you should think carefully about your feelings when playing this game. If you feeling bored, or can't find any fun at your daily grinding, I really recommend you consider to stop playing and find another game or hobby to do.

After all, if a game can't bring you joy or feel relaxation when you playing it, than why you are still playing?
