Short answer: Yes.

Unfortunately, as diablo are really busy irl, mostly is about his own kid, and how he seeing this game as fan project, this game's development will be really slow. Don't expect CE will grow as u might hope.

But really, you should think carefully about your feelings when playing this game. If you feeling bored, or can't find any fun at your daily grinding, I really recommend you consider to stop playing and find another game or hobby to do.

After all, if a game can't bring you joy or feel relaxation when you playing it, than why you are still playing?

Dead? No.  Dying? Yes.  But if we stick in there I still think Diablo will get some more power to the devs soon to do some updates and maybe implement them as well

It is for now , mostly it has been least activity ever in global chat, any chat, market or trade .. so far since 350 DAYS I have been ,  still havin hope for devs. to bring some light in, else people gonna leave that hope and game both ; can say it is and cant do anything if not changed anytime soon 

Yes. Game is dead. Many players have cancelled subs & gave up hope. Very highly doubt the game will peak as it once did, that ship has unfortunately sailed.

Less Rivalry makes game boring and eventually people get tired of growing. Everyone's being too friendly and busy farming deads for rep... Maybe if we make our own events like Black Fridays when Cartel war themselves on fridays or Saturdays.. Cartel against Cartel, perhaps Cartel fights over territories . That should spark up some fun
