This is the forum, works somewhat like a bulletin board where anyone can see what you write.

There's different categories to write in, and you have written in the "Cartel Recruitment" category, where this thread probably should've been posted in "Questions and answers".

Other categories include guides, suggestions, bug reports, general etc.
