I am currently looking for new customers for construction materials. I charge below market prices on ALL materials and offer additional discounts to people buying in bulk, as well as those willing to wait in queue while I farm their materials.

How it works:

• You message me and let me know the quantities of materials you need.
• I give you a locked-in price (the more materials you buy, the greater the discount — up to as much as 25% off market prices!). I do NOT collect payment until your order is done!
• If the market fluctuates downward while I am working on your order, I will adjust to the lower price. If the market increases, you still keep the locked-in LOW PRICE quoted at the time of your order. It’s basically a WIN–WIN for you, the customer!
• I will give you an estimate on how long it will take to fill your order and whether any orders are queued ahead of yours.
• The only downside? Waiting in queue can sometimes take a while if I have several customers—but the PRICE will always be locked in and lower than ANY of my competitors!

It generally takes me roughly one and a half to two weeks to farm all the materials needed for a private estate. The wait time can be longer depending on how many customers are in queue, but again, I will NOT collect payment until the order is finished!
