I'll buy as many items as needed to get as close to your desired quality as reasonably possible. Weapon and Armor prices vary by quality; A Service Fee is charged prior to service, varying by gear tier:

The service fee serves to offset potential losses from low draws, and is only charged once, whether I buy a single item, or 25.
