Greeting.

I am new here, I had this question about drug overdose. Since there is no wiki, I figured I would ask here. Are the effects of drug overdose permanent? or temporary?

All drugs effects are temporary that’s including OD. Keep in mind that the negative effects stacks if you take multiple drugs.

Sort of, it's not when your drug CD gets to zero, it's when the debuff finishes. You can check how much longer it lasts for on the Home page by looking at the Perks table.
