is it possible to use two different vaults in different properties at the same time? because my friend is able to but am unable to.

Shouldn't be able to no as there are checks made when moving out of a property to stop this.

Are you sure your friend isn't referring to the vault in his property and the bank? (they are two separate entities)

renting systems do buggy since it out, and I also heard some ppl realized he rented and live in two houses at once, hope diable fix those bugs soon™
