Is there a guide anywhere to farm any and all the construction items needed to build houses?

And prefer doin wit high int any

You aren't going to have a high success rate until you get intellect capped though. 

Your best bet is to farm agave these days and buy construction materials unless you are int capped and able to get success now on construction

IDK, it's strange. I'm only 8% on construction and no where near int cap (250) but have 24 from 27 success rate with it

If you haven't hit your first prestige yet this makes sense.  Once you do it will drop to around 50-60% 

Why prestige at all then? 10% time or 20% output benefit for a 30% worse success rate?

You eventually reduce the risk after successful completions. Every prestige hurts, but by the end you'll be able to earn up to 100% more rewards with 50% less time taken.
