Admittedly it's not an issue we've had to deal with much in the past as most people just want to play and be part of the community.
If it's a small Cartel that has benefitted so significantly from malicious behaviour then I don't see any reason to pass it on, active members can move elsewhere, if the Cartel was larger and the owner was accused of being a multi then I would likely step in and hand it over to somebody.
I'd be keen to get the communities feedback on what they think though.

If they are caught cheating ban/delete all of it and anyone involved imo...nitpicking problems and leaving the dust to settle will just promote having 1 person do the dirty work until they get caught, then someone else takes over the shady happenings until they get caught...nah man, just blow the whole cartel into oblivion and have everyone involved sink or swim.
You can't let them reap the rewards of cheating..thats not fair to the cartels who play by the rules. In my opinion.

I agree with the above post. If anything is acquired by cheating, breaking the rules or whatsoever, it should be taken and not passed on. Might be a little harsh, but I guess that's the most fair option for all the other honest players in the community.
Not to start more drama but genuinely curious if there's any protocols for situations like this or repercussions to the cartel for this, especially being new to the game.
What happens when a cartel capo is on blocked status from a multi deletion? Example being Santa Cruz Medical, where there were multis resulting in the deletion of the capo.
Also another question I have is this: Is all the rep they gained as a multi really earned? Just wondering if its really fair to the rest of us that have worked hard as single accounts to make it to the leaderboards and gained all the required rep with less energy than it takes for multi accounts to reach the rep goals for perks.
With 2 or more accounts you have double the energy or more depending how many multi accounts are involved than a single account, therefore gaining rep would be far easier than someone who's playing by the rules and had the typical energy and typical energy regeneration.
