Apparently there was a limit, so if you had enough money on hand, you wouldn't get mug protection

Just confirming here, there was a cap on mug protection due to the datatype it was using, not due to in game logic. I updated the underlying datatype so that there is no longer a cap in mug protection.

Prior to the change someone holding over the cap, only received protection up to that cap amount and anything over it was just unprotected entirely.
