I wouls day start training INT after the full Medical at around 95 INT but that's just my personal opinion.
The gains will be much higher compared to starting from 70. You can use the extra E to farm Rep instead of training INT.
Then again it is up to your personal playstyle.
If you want INT quicker and quicker gym gains then by all means, go for it!
