Being a newbie isn't goddamn easy...Here's what I did, I hope it helps

1. Reach out to Kyluhn for a free starter pack (M16 & Armoured suit plus some cash)...But you're supposed to have minimum 1000 rep as well as age under 7 days.
2. Start off with farm robbery jobs and intimidation jobs. Although I do suggest the farm robbery job is better....You'll receive fert, rep and some cash if you're successful in your job. If not, you'll land up in the hospital for 10 mins or so. Which is why I recommend buying large med kits beforehand, they'll help you escape the hospital and also increase your life.
3. Another reason for getting large med kits beforehand is - Sometimes, you might initiate an attack against someone and you might fail. That will also land you in hospital. 
4. You might not want to spam the trade chat, one message per page and thats it. Or you will get threatening messages from yellow named people (Kyluhn, not talking about you :) ).
5. You might want to follow your missions based in your home tab, It'll give you rewards later on ;)

Money/life/medical CD timer wise, it is smarter to buy the small medical kits. ;-)

There are much better guides available already and as a newer player this isn't helpful at all

Probably because this doesn't add anything new, that is not already known. Separately on various guides. 

Not to say that this isn't valuable, just it is hard to add guides and information, when the OG's of the game have already added information early.
